Never Scrub Another
Grout Line Again!
How Does Color-Sealing Work?
Grout is a cementitious substance, therefore it is
very porous. It can and will absorb oils, soils, and contaminants
into the pours of your grout lines. When we color-seal we will
first clean or "prepare" your grout to accept our color seal so that it
will create a permanent bond. Once the preparation is complete we
will next apply our color-sealer, working it into the pours of the
grout. Once the color-seal has cured or dried it is bonded
with your existing grout thus "filling in" the pours where oils, soils
and contaminants onced gathered. This process completely eliminates the
chance of your grout from ever staining again and making maintenance
very easy. So now when you spill your glass of wine and you blot
your grout line, the spill just comes right up.
Is Color-Sealing Expensive?
That depends on what you consider expensive.
Color-sealing is the cheaper alternative to spending many thousands of
dollars on replacing or re-grouting. For instance if you were to
purchase and have 800 sq ft. of ceramic tile installed you would be
paying roughly $5,000-$6,000 dollars, whereas if you have your grout
color-sealed by GroutSmart you would be paying only about 15-20% of replacing it.
A mere fraction. Not to mention having your family displaced for a
day or two while the installation is going on.
Why Haven't I Heard Of Color-Sealing?
Plain and simple, color-sealing is hard work.
Most companies that don't offer color-sealing must be scared away from
this. Another reason we believe is that tile cleaning companies
know that you won't be calling them back as often if they color-seal.
We at GroutSmart believe in providing our clients with the best product
on the market...period! We make up for our clients not having to
call us back as often by all of the referrals that we get.
