Tile & Grout Cleaning/Sealing
We use a unique 5 step process that insures your tile and grout will be thoroughly cleaned before applying our state of the art
Color Sealer to give the longest protection available in the industry guaranteed.
OUR 5 STEP PROCESS:
1. We will move your furniture and furnishings as needed and put them back into place upon completion.
2. We clean using only the finest products to make your tile clean and
your grout soil and water proof.
3. We will then remove all tile and grout containments (i.e. soils,
oils) with our Turbo cleaning system.
4. We will permanently color seal your grout to be waterproof, stain proof, and mildew proof
while retaining the texture and appearance of your grout creating a
like-new uniformed look.
5. Finally, we will buff out your floors using a commercial buffer to bring back the original sheen,
leaving your
floors pristine and very easy to keep clean and maintain.

The Process
Pre-Treatment
First, we apply a mild alkaline solution to a section of the floor and
allow it to soak for approximately 10 minutes. This pre-treatment loosens accumulated
soil, grease, and contaminants, and prepares the surface for our
color sealing process.
Turbo Pressure Washing
We use a pressure washing system designed specifically for tile & grout surfaces. Our cleaning process power washes the floor
to extract soil and grease from the pores of the tile and grout or other
hard surface floors. The system generates water pressure up to 1,200
PSI. and hot water to soften and extract years of soil and contaminants.
The floor tool connects to a powerful vacuum hose, which sucks the
cleaning disk to the floor, and confines the water spray inside the
16-inch disk. There is virtually no splash over to worry about. The
vacuum hose draws away the water, and along with the dirt.
Color Sealing
After we clean your tile & grout and allow it to dry, we seal the grout
with our grout Color Sealer. The Color Sealer penetrates into
the pores of the grout and bonds with the grout on a molecular level, creating a barrier against future staining. The
Color Sealer preserves the natural beauty of the grout lines for years
to come.
Maintenance
We will provide instructions on how to take proper care of
your floor, and show you what kind of cleaners will do the best job.
In addition, you will receive a postcard in the mail once a year to do a
light cleaning on your tile and grout. A regular
maintenance program will keep your floors in top condition and
appearance.
Warranty
Grout Smart gives a 3 year warranty on all sections of the original
grout that was color sealed by Grout Smart. The warranty states
that your grout will not permanently stain, the Color Seal will not
peel, chip, or fade. We can extend our warranty up to 15 years for every year that you have us back to clean the color-sealed areas. All this at 1/2 our normal cleaning fee.
